Myunclegus.com is a local Residential and Commercial Services company. When we mean local we mean we are Born and Raised in Austin by Austinites that love this city and each other and will die with it when it burns to the ground! We’re not a franchise from another state that’s never even visited here before and that doesn’t know the culture (Our beautiful Greenbelt, Camels Hole or Wendy Point) or the weirdness like the people (such as the late Leslie) or the lingo and the huge crack in the Capital floor that they won’t let us fix for some reason. Something about history but we weren’t listening. We have been on your street before (not to stalk you) but cause we know them.
We strive to be more like family and to help whenever we can with whatever we can. So we hope to meet you soon and trade stories we got a ton of em.
How does the materials process I need for my project work? Do I need to purchase the materials on my own?
You can, but it is not necessary. All technicians use the same outlets that are available to you. Except places that we have accounts with that give us discounts.They have access to local hardware stores and home improvement centers. We can pick up, deliver and install any materials you desire for the project.
Do you charge by the hour or the job?
Yes & No.
Time & Materials is the fairest way to bill for services. It promotes mutual respect and long term loyalty. 90 Percent of the time we can give you a complete estimate but in some cases we have to bill by time.
